The first phase of this process involves matching the your design ideas with a building lot or acreage. We make this designing phase easier by facilitating personal communication with the draftsman. We partner with you to set realistic goals for your home while identifying and conceptualizing key elements that personalize the house. It is during this phase that we work with you to not only design your home, but also to set a budget for the rest of construction.

After permitting the home design and obtaining loans, the next phase is to begin the actual construction. We continue to work together as the project goes from paper to finished product. This is where the relationships we maintain with suppliers and subcontractors prove invaluable to you. Our suppliers provide you with information on the range of products available on the market and our subcontractors provide the artistry to bring the concept of your house into reality.

The final phase of any new home construction is the excitement of moving in and finally enjoying your new home.
